I *continue* to choose the Discount Tire location in W-S because you just can’t beat their customer service!!! Their store is always very clean, and reasonably priced but what keeps me coming back is their customer service care and support!! I have taken my vehicles there on multiple occasions and I have never had not one complaint with them from start to finish. That’s very hard to come by these days with customer service. You never know what to expect or what you’ll get. Unfortunately, these days you can almost always guarantee to be let down, angry or dissatisfied. However, NOT with this Discount Tire Location! That’s impressive and it truly makes a difference! Austin is TOP NOTCH and embodies what the PERFECT Customer Service experience should be, from start to finish! Literally! Y’all definitely need to keep him, he’s a strong asset to your company and if he’s “not in charge, in a management position”, he is DEFINITELY Management material! Although, I didn’t get the other team members names’ they were all great! They all seem to work very well together, seem to communicate well with one another and all truly seemed “happy to help and happy to be there”. That’s very impressive and makes an impact on your customers, what they see, how they feel, and their experience. I will continue to choose this location and continue to refer others here. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you all for providing a great experience for me each time I need to come in. It TRULY makes a difference and is appreciated!

Went in to see when I could get tires. Was out the door with exactly what I wanted in less than 45 minutes. Such a great store and the employees are so nice and knowledgeable!

There was a problem with one of my wheels and Austin took care of it immediately. Because I have owned my classic Corvette for 44 years, I am very particular about it and the manager Austin took charge and performed the installation himself. He did a wonderful job and took great care to make sure that everything was exactly right. He exceeded my expectations and that is very hard to do.

I highly recommend Discount Tire when you are shopping for tires. They have the best prices and they really help you selecting your tires and you get free rotation and balance also. They are very friendly and professional people to work with.

Employees are knowledgeable and careful not to damage wheels during tire install. I have taken my F80 M3 and C7 Grand Sport here and always have a good experience.

Good overall experience

Very disappointed in waiting area during remodeling. Had to stand out under a tree in the hot sun and wait. 90 degrees outside. No bathroom available.Go to another store until they finish their remodeling project. They needed to close store during remodeling project or provide temporary waiting area and rest rooms.

This was the best tire buying experience ever. I went online to research tire prices at Discount Tire and elsewhere. After seeing the ease of use for online purchasing and "first available bay upon arrival" perk when purchasing online, I was convinced this was the best way for me to buy tires in a hurry. It also didn't hurt that I received immediate discounts for the brand I bought as well as a 5% Military Discount. Honestly, I felt bad for others in the waiting room as I was in an out within 45 minutes. I know I jumped ahead of at least a half dozen others that made their purchases in store. I'll never buy tires any other way. Thanks Discount Tire!

They deliver all the perks they promise......no strings attached. The tire selection tool works very well and the employees are knowledgeable (in case you question the tool. Making an appointment is THE way to go. Without one, wait 2-3 hours. With one, service times have always been quicker than estimated for me.

I have shopped this Store for many years. Have purchased many tire for several different cars. Always professional. Always on time. Very friendly and competent staff.
